We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to join the AgencyAnalytics team!
AgencyAnalytics enables digital marketing agencies by streamlining client reporting and scaling their efforts through data & automation. We are an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and collaborative team working towards transforming the way that marketing agencies are supported - and we’re only getting started!
Reporting to our Director of Product Management, you will have the opportunity to lead our product-led growth initiatives, particularly targeting two areas of growth for us: activation and expansion. You will take a critical lens to our customer journey and improve the customer experience in ways that will deliver on growth for our business.
You’re a seasoned senior product manager who has applied the fundamentals of product management to deliver on product-led growth. You’ve led successful product-led growth initiatives at B2B SaaS companies in the past by integrating data-driven insights, design sensibility, and feedback from your partners in sales & marketing.

As a Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will:
- You will focus on three critical areas that drive growth:
Improve Activation of trial customers to paid customers,
Increase value for existing customers by focusing on tactics that drives Expansion
Proactively discover and prioritize growth initiatives through customer feedback, research, and data analysis.
Run experiments optimizing product-led growth metrics, including A/B, split, & multivariate testing
Stay on top of market trends; deeply understand our market and our customers needs
Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and your team to align on opportunities and desired outcomes that drive product-led growth, especially our sales & marketing teams.
Manage product development in collaboration with engineering, product design, and product marketing
Measure the health of our primary product-led growth metrics and report on impact in a compelling and digestible format
Evangelize product-led thinking across the company
Job requirements
5+ years experience with at least two years experience driving product-led growth initiatives at a B2B SaaS company
A balance of intuitive design sensibility and data-driven decision making
Expert-level proficiency in data analysis and experimentation
An ability to find signals in the noise, translating those signals into testable hypotheses proven/disproven through experimentation
Strong user-centric mindset, with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to empathize with users
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, that you’ve used to rally stakeholders around a vision for growth
Familiarity with payments is an asset
Familiarity with MarTech is an asset
