Product Manager

Job description

  • Lead the pricing and packaging strategy, conducting market analysis, competitive research to optimize monetization, and own the billing interface in the product.

  • Collaborate closely with the growth team, responsible for optimizing conversion, activation, and engagement, while leading a dedicated product development team focused on pricing. Your role will involve effectively implementing pricing and packaging changes within the product and overseeing pricing operations.

  • Drive customer segmentation and conduct pricing experiments to identify the most effective pricing models for agencies of different sizes and different customer segments.

  • Conduct in-depth customer interviews and gather feedback to understand pain points and identify opportunities for pricing and packaging optimizations.

  • Utilize data analytics to track key product metrics, such as customer acquisition, churn rates, and revenue growth, to make data-driven decisions.

  • Monitor industry trends and changes in customer needs to anticipate future demands and proactively adapt the pricing and packaging strategy.

  • Advocate for the product team across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and cross-functional communication.

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on pricing and packaging in the SaaS industry.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies, leveraging this knowledge to drive product success.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform product decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a distributed, cross-functional team environment, collaborating with colleagues in different time zones.
