Job description

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager with deep experience orchestrating marketing and web projects. The person in this role will be responsible for planning, managing and executing projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with our strategic marketing goals, bringing a solid understanding of website project management, resource management, workflow organization, impeccable communication skills, and time management expertise.


Our marketing team executes strategic projects for web, creative and content development, paid marketing, social media and email marketing. The Project Manager will report to the Creative Director, and collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team and external contributors to deliver all marketing, creative, brand and content projects effectively.

What You'll Do


  • Create and manage the marketing initiatives roadmap to align with marketing strategies and business objectives

  • Detail project objectives, timelines, and resources required for the scope of work

  • Implement project management methodologies and best practices using industry-standard tools

  • Take ownership of project management software, project intake and workflow, and resourcing of work to team members

  • Develop tactical briefs for tasks including copywriting, graphic design, digital advertising, and email; support in the development of annual advertising planning; define and clearly communicate all project requirements

  • Project management of creative and content production for go-to-market deliverables including paid media creative, in-market collateral, email, and web content; manage feedback loops and stakeholder approvals

  • Work closely Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and developers to facilitate seamless project execution

  • Assess risk management and develop contingency plans for projects

  • Create and maintain project plans and all related project documentation

  • Monitor project budget, invoice tracking as needed, and prepare project tracking and reports

  • Review reporting and work with the Paid Campaign Manager to update and optimize creative

  • Measure the project's success against established KPIs and objectives

  • Provide status updates on all campaign projects

  • Prioritization of project requests based on strategic alignment and team resources; support capacity management of team

  • Ensure smooth process of deliverables from design to production and operations teams.

Job requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Project Management roles with a history of delivering full lifecycle projects including website redesign and complex marketing projects

  • Experience with Project Management in the B2B SaaS industry is preferred

  • A Bachelor’s, College, or equivalent work experience in Project Management, specifically within Marketing

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

  • Expert skills in using essential tools such as Google Sheets, docs, slides, Slack and ClickUp

  • Experience in Agile Marketing and/or Agile practices, such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Background in digital marketing with a strategic, roadmap-focused approach

  • Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in marketing projects

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively to execute and deliver on time and within budget

  • Ability to lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for precise, effective interactions

  • Proficiency in building and maintaining positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external contributors

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality project outcomes and adherence to project management standards

  • A positive can-do attitude with a willingness to be flexible and adaptable

  • Strong commitment to building collaborative working relationships

  • Ability to make decisions, solve problems and exercise good judgment.
