Lead Product Marketer

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Product Marketing function, a critical division within our well-established, 13-year-old SaaS company that boasts a dedicated team of over 100 professionals. This role is a newly created permanent position within AgencyAnalytics for someone that loves collaborating with multiple internal teams (mainly Marketing, Product, & Sales).

We believe that a strong Product Marketing team is crucial in driving the success of a SaaS product. You’ll play an important role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies by crafting compelling messaging, and working closely with the sales and product teams to drive product adoption and increase revenue. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our product and contribute to the growth of our company.

Job requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • You have 5+ years of Product Marketing experience, with at least 3 years in the SaaS industry

  • You have a proven track record in developing and executing successful rollout and go-to-market strategies for SaaS products by collaborating with internal teams

  • You have experience using data to drive decision-making

  • You have experience working closely with Marketing and Product teams, and connecting product value with messaging

  • You love project management and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • You have driven successful product launches by working with marketing to coordinate cross-functional efforts, and executing marketing campaigns that generate excitement and engagement within the market.

  • You have experience in creating and delivering sales enablement materials and training.

  • You will lead the Product Marketing team of an established SaaS company, driving strategic product marketing initiatives.

  • You will take an active role in collaborating with, coaching and growing the team to success.

  • You will play a key role during an exciting time of growth, as we have plans to add additional product value in 2024.

  • You will contribute to the company’s growth by crafting and executing effective marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales and product management) to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.

  • You love data and you will utilize your strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions that drive the success of our product and company.

  • You will translate product releases into both effective and cohesive positioning and messaging for our marketing and customer facing teams

  • You will own our competitive intelligence and how we differentiate against all facets of the market
